Tedd Rosenstein, CCIM, joined the company as Vice President in 1990. Effective December 31, 2004 American Management Company merged into the parent company Nevada Development & Realty Co. Tedd Rosenstein is the Sole Shareholder, Corporate Broker, and President of Nevada Development & Realty Company.
1990 to Present:
Corporate Broker (license B0024089 Corp.), and principal stockholder of Nevada Development & Realty Co. The company provides leasing and management of commercial property, consulting services, and commercial real estate brokerage. Tedd is active in real estate sales, development, management and leasing of commercial property, with emphasis in leasing, tenant representation, property management, site selection, property acquisition and disposition. Personal interests include travel, athletics, and spending time with his two sons and dog.

Leonard Rosenstein

Leonard Rosenstein founded Nevada Development & Realty Co. in 1972 and also founded American Management Company in 1973. Nevada Development & Realty Co. was the parent company of American Management Company. Leonard Rosenstein was active as a Commercial Real Estate Broker in Las Vegas and specialized in commercial leasing, commercial property management, and commercial brokerage, until our founder passed away in 2004.
